How do BBH moccasins fit?

We use a traditional handsewn moccasin last, for all our styles. Our styles fit true to size based on measurements from the Brannock Device.

If you have special considerations regarding fit please reach out to us at bareboneshandsewn@gmail.com. We do have an extensive collection of lasts that may better suit your needs.

We will work with our shoe designer and do our best to find a solution for your unique feet.

How and when will I get my moccasins?

Bare Bones Handsewn has found FedEx to be the most economical and reliable way to ship your mocassins to you. If you prefer to use another carrier, please reach out. We are happy to use the service you find most convenient. Shipping fees will be collected at time of purchase.

Our current estimated ship date is two weeks from time of order. We will reach out to you if we anticipate any concerns with meeting this shipping expectation.

What if I am not competely satisfied with my new item?

We expect that you will be elated with your purchase. We take deep pride in our craft, and it is our aim for you to feel as much excitement opening your package, as we do making them for you.

If there is a problem, we will work diligently to address any issues that you may have. It is our experience that there are many tricks of the trade that can be used for issues concerning fit.

If a full refund is desired it is required to be requested within 30 days of purchase, and the product must be in new, unworn condition, as well as being returned in orginal packaging.
